Senior C# Developer working on scale processing for a metal recycling facility. Responsible for the application that interfaced with multiple scales and databases to provide on-demand pricing and ticketing for waste haulers and vendors.

Software Development Manager – Emerging Accounts (Sep 2018 – Sep 2019)
Y-Prime, Inc.

Managed a $20-million portfolio of all new accounts including 8 full time developers in three locations developing Android and iOS based eCOA (Clinical Outcome Assessments) applications and IoT interfaces for the pharmaceutical industry. Provided strategic developer resourcing across 5-12 week overlapping projects involving up to 3000 mobile devices per project. Technical lead for on-boarding, training, career development and identifying key performance metrics.

R&D ENGINEER (January 2021 – September 2021)
Halo Labs

R&D Engineer part of a small team that developed Horizon (now Aura), a small particle protein detection system. Responsible for writing camera focusing algorithms using C++ that interfaced with step motors, microcontrollers, and image processing libraries. Also contributed to the development of hydrophobic inks and screen-printed plates for sample wells.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (September 2013 –April 2018)
Morgan, Lewis & Bochius LLC

Managed the development and deployment of ODIN (Online Discovery & Inventory), a system that scanned and processed 1.6 million documents per day with 4-nines uptime. Managed up to 8 offshore development resources and 3rd party interfaces for Relativity and Concordance discovery systems.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (March 2001 – March 2012)
Thermo Fisher Scientific

Managed up to 12 offshore development and QA resources to develop EP (Enterprise Pharmacokinetics). Worked with various PK scientists to develop compartmental analysis models for adsorption, biodistribution, metabolism and excretion. Performed statistical analysis for FDA submissions including Chi-square, AUC, and statistical bias.

CHEMICAL PROCESS ENGINEER (September 1991 – August 1996)
Rollins Environmental Services

Started as an Analytical Chemist and moved to Lab-Pack Process Engineer at the Bridgeport, NJ waste incinerator responsible for analysis, storage, and disposal of chemical waste streams including solid & liquid waste, biohazards, and lab-packs. Also responsible for process computer systems including the primary DCS (Distributed Control System), barcoding of waste, fiberoptic LAN, and LIMS interfacing.
